Sheila McKay is currently the customer and channel insight manager for consumer products at Hewlett-Packard where she is constantly looking for new ways to turn shoppers into HP buyers. She started with HP as a financial analyst, then moved into manufacturing operations where she managed a team who created build plans for the factory, then moved into marketing where she has worked in product marketing, product forecasting, advertising, merchandising, partner marketing, channel strategy and now shopper insights.  Prior to HP, she worked for Safeway where she started out as a checker while attending college and worked her way up to be a retail store manager.
